Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available for all online orders from our Meadowbrook store. Store address and trading hours are published on our website and may vary for public holidays.
How it works
Place your order online and complete payment at the checkout
We will prepare your order according the time-frames outlined below
When your order is ready for collection, we will notify you via email
Bring your order number and ID to collect
Order processing and pick-up time-frames
For quick turnaround, orders placed before 10:30am (Mon–Thu) will be ready for same-day pickup after 2:30pm. Orders placed after 10:30am will be available from 9:00am the next trading day. Because we’re closed on Fridays, orders placed after 10:30am Thursday will be ready Saturday morning when the store reopens. Weekend pickup is available during normal trading hours.
Collecting your order
Collection of all orders will require presentation of your order number and valid photo ID. For security, please notify us by email if someone else will be collecting on your behalf. If the ID presented does not match the purchaser details (or their approved representative), the order may not be released until verification can be confirmed.
Order holding period
Orders will be held for 14 days from the date your ready-for-collection email is sent. If the order is not collected within this time, and no arrangements have been made, items may be returned to stock and a refund processed (less payment processing fees if applicable).
Questions or need to make alternate arrangements?
If you need extra time to collect your order, wish to assign someone else to collect, or have any questions about your order, please contact us via the details provided on your order confirmation email.
